Our cancellation policy

We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

10 minute grace period

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment without notice. A late fee of $15.00 will be added to your services and may result in being rescheduled. 

What if your a no show?

I am very accommodating with my clients. No Show's will only be rebooked if services missed are paid in full. After 2 no show's will result in not being able to rebook services with E Lashes.

Is my fill a full set?

You must have 40% of your extensions remaining in order to be considered a fill. If you arrive with less than 40% you will be charged a full set.

NEW CLIENTS

All new clients who book with me at E Lashes, are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $20.00 to secure their spot when booking; this will go towards your service total. New clients are to fill out our new client form provided in the link below. 
Appointments without a deposit will be CANCELLED.

What if I have an allergic reaction?

While allergic reactions are rare, they can occur. If you experience any irritation, redness, or swelling after your appointment, please contact us. We can remove the lashes if necessary and advise on appropriate aftercare. Even during the appointment, you feel something not right please notify me immediately. 

Can I bring someone with me?

Unfortunately, at E Lashes I have a no guest policy. This is due to me being homebased, and guest usually delay us with time.
