What is the difference between classics, yy, hybrids and volume lashes?

Classic is one lash per lash, giving you that mascara look.
YY is a Y shape lash, giving you the more fuller look than a classic but not as dramatic as hybrids or volumes.
Hybrid is a combination of classic and volume lashes to give a fuller look.

Volume uses multiple lashes in a fan per lash.

How long do lash extensions last?

Lash extensions can last anywhere between 2-3 weeks, depending on the proper care.

Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?

When lash extensions are applied properly by a trained professional they will not damage your lashes. As long as you follow aftercare instructions, and have your extensions removed professionally.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through the link provided throughout the website. Or you can message my directly.

What if i need to cancel my appointment?

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment at anytime, given the 24 hour notice rule to avoid a cancellation fee.

Do I require a deposit to book?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients. Please review the "new client" form needed to be filled out prior to your appointment.

How do I prepare for my appointment with E Lashes?

Please clean your lashes prior to your appointment to remove any dirt, makeup or oils.

Can I bring a guest?

Unfortunately at E Lashes we have a no guest policy.

Some other keys points for your appointment:

• Try to avoid caffeine prior to your appointment
• Remove your contacts
• Try to avoid to curl your lashes the day of your appointment
• Dress comfy
• You can bring your own headphones

At E Lashes, we do offer Silent Appointments. 
If you'd like a silent appointment, please let me know and i will ensure this happens.

After Your Appointment

How do I care for my lash extensions?

We offer lash shampoos, which can be purchased in store. 
Recommended to clean your lashes daily, specially if you wear makeup everyday.
Do not pick OR rub your eyes/lashes.
Try to avoid sleeping on your face.

Can I wear mascara?

Do not, by any means use mascara or a lash curler while you have extensions.

How often should I get a fill?

It is recommended to get a fill every 2-3 weeks, to keep your lashes looking fuller and fresh longer.

What should you avoid?

You should avoid any oil based products, mascara, lash curlers. And avoid touching.
